📦 Processing Times

We aim to pack and ship your order within 2–4 business days. During busy periods (like event launches or special promos), this may take a little longer – but we’ll keep you updated if there are any delays.

New Zealand Shipping

• Standard Shipping: $6.90 flat rate
• Rural Delivery: $12.60
• Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days depending on your location.

🛍️ Click & Collect / Pickup

If you’re local to our Warm Kiwi events we may offer a pickup option during event days or at meetups. This will be shown at checkout when available.

📬 Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. If you haven’t seen it, check your spam folder just in case.
