The charity we are sponsoring this year is:
Rotorua Breast Cancer Trust

Supporting local wāhine and families affected by breast cancer in the Rotorua community.

Registration FEE

$50 per person – Full Weekend (Friday & Saturday)

This covers:

• Warm Kiwi Rotorua commemorative badge
• Friday Night Welcome – complimentary glass of bubbles, platters and hot nibbles
• Saturday Ladies Ride
• Entry to attend the Saturday Night Charity Auction
• $20 donation from every ticket to our chosen charity

Friday – 4th September

Check-in: 6PM – Welcome Social Evening
Location: Alpin Motel & Conference Centre

• Relaxed social evening to connect with fellow riders

Saturday – 5th September

Morning – Group Ride (Weather Permitting)

• Scenic ride around Rotorua region
• Details to be confirmed closer to the event

Daytime – Free Time

• Explore Rotorua
• Visit geothermal attractions
• Cafes, lakes and local activities

Saturday Evening – Charity Auction Night

6PM Start

Hennessy’s Irish Bar – Private Function Room

• Charity auction
• Social night with the Warm Kiwi crew
• Food and drinks available for purchase

Sunday – 6th September

• Say our goodbyes and ride home
