The Warm Kiwi is a weekend away for Lady Riders. This year we are heading to Rotorua and staying at the Alpin Motel & Conference Centre – you will need to contact the venue to book and pay directly with them.

The charity we are sponsoring this year is:
Rotorua Breast Cancer Trust
Supporting local wāhine and families affected by breast cancer in the Rotorua community.
Registration FEE
$50 per person – Full Weekend (Friday & Saturday)
This covers:
- Warm Kiwi Rotorua commemorative badge
- Friday Night Welcome – complimentary glass of bubbles, platters and hot nibbles
- Saturday Ladies Ride
- Entry to attend the Saturday Night Charity Auction
- $20 donation from every ticket to our chosen charity

Friday – 4th September
Check-in: 6PM – Welcome Social Evening

- Meet and greet
- Our amazing grazing platter and and hot nibbles
- Complimentary bubbles
- Relaxed social evening to connect with fellow riders
Saturday – 5th September
Morning – Group Ride (Weather Permitting)
- Scenic ride around Rotorua region
- Details to be confirmed closer to the event
Daytime – Free Time
- Explore Rotorua
- Visit geothermal attractions
- Cafes, lakes and local activities
Saturday Evening – Charity Auction Night
6PM Start

- Charity auction
- Social night with the Warm Kiwi crew
- Food and drinks available for purchase
Sunday – 6th September
- Say our goodbyes and ride home
